Thanks for visiting MOŽION Studio. Most questions you have should be answered below, but please don’t hesitate to contact me if you want to know more.

Availability

Every mobile I make is a unique piece of art. You’ll see everything I’ve made in my gallery, but anything available for purchase will be in the store.

Shipping (Canada)

I ship from Calgary, Alberta, and currently ship within Canada for a flat rate (you’ll see the up-to-date rate in the checkout).

Mobiles are carefully packed and shipped flat to protect them during transit. In some cases, some simple assembly is required by the recipient. Orders are sent using a tracked shipping service, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

I usually dispatch orders within a few business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination, and carrier estimates are approximate.

If you are ordering for a specific date, I recommend ordering early or contacting me in advance.

International Shipping

If you are located outside Canada, you are very welcome to contact me to discuss shipping options. International shipping costs, delivery times, and customs considerations vary by location, so these requests are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns or exchanges only if your mobile arrives damaged. Please contact me within five days of delivery and include clear photographs of the outside of the box, the internal packing materials, and the damage to the piece. Together, we’ll find a fair solution, which may include repair, replacement (if possible), or a refund.

Warranty, Materials, and Workmanship

I stand behind my workmanship and the materials I use.

Each mobile is handmade, and while small variations are part of the character of the work, the piece should remain structurally sound under normal indoor use. If a material or construction issue appears within three months of delivery—for example, if a string or connection comes loose without mishandling—please contact me so we can discuss a solution.

Depending on the situation, I may offer repair, replacement of a component, or a refund if repair is not possible.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by installation, handling, or environmental conditions (such as humidity or heat), accidents, or normal wear over time.

If something doesn’t seem right, I encourage you to reach out. I would much rather find a solution than have you live with a concern.

Care and Handling

MOŽION mobiles are intended for indoor use only unless otherwise specified.

MOŽION mobiles are not designed to be child or pet-safe and should not be hung within reach of children or pets. Smaller components may pose a choking hazard.

While MOŽION mobiles look terrific in a window, no wood or resin product can entirely escape the effects of prolonged exposure to sunlight. I strongly recommend that you hang your mobile where it only occasionally catches full sunlight. If it is treated with care, your mobile should last for many years.

Measurements

In the Available (shop) page, each mobile is given two measurements, the height and the width.

Height (A)

This is the height of the mobile itself. It does not include the length of the line from which the mobile will hang. You will need this much vertical space plus around 15cm/6in ceiling clearance from the ceiling.

Width (B)

This is the maximum width of the mobile. You will need at least this much horizontal space to allow your mobile to rotate freely.

Line length (C)

This is the length of line you have available to hang your mobile. All mobiles have at least 2m/6ft of cable that can be spooled in or out to adjust where your mobile hangs in space.
